What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email and order contents, so we can fulfil your order.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Correspondence: anything you send us by email.
• Basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) to keep the site running and improve it.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, handle returns and support, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and - only with your consent - to send marketing email. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our delivery couriers, and our accounting provider. Each processes data under contract.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Retention

Order records are kept for six years to meet tax law; correspondence for up to two years.
